I was surprised to find and now happy to know Kenneth from K & C Auto. I normally work on my own vehicle when I have a repair to make. However my 2005 f150 completely blew a power steering line in the cold of January this year (2021) I did not want to work in the cold and knew how stubborn this type of repair can be. So I reached out to a couple of local shops for estimates and found it very expensive to just replace the lines. Cutting to the chase here, Kenneth from K & C Auto came to my house and gave me an in person estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the repair needed and we quickly agreed to proceed with the repair at substantial saving to me. Of course my 16 year old truck had some nicely rusted together components that made the job a challenge. Ken worked in the cold and wet weather to complete the repair. In the end I ended up with new lines a new power steering pump and a new rack in pinion steering very close price it would have cost me just to replace just the power steering lines at two other shops I contacted. I finally have confidence in the honesty and integrity in an auto repair company again.
They replaced my headlight quickly and at a phenomenal price. They were polite and professional both over the phone and in person. Overall exceptional service.
I’ve been trying to find a mechanic I could trust for a while till I found Kenneth here on google I definitely recommend him, he was on time and got the job done with no excuses we need more people like him out there!!!
Kenneth was able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle from a video I texted him of the sound it was making. He came out to my house and fixed the problem in 30 minutes! WAY better service, speed, convenience and price than going to the dealership!!
Kenneth the mechanic was very professional his work was amazing he kept me and my husband up to date on everything going on with my car through the whole thing. I would use him again as a mechanic and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that asks. Thank you Kenneth for such a great experience and service for my car.
