“When it comes to this experience that here, well, it's nothing short of a Christmas miracle!! Over the years I've had great success at the copy and print center at this particular location. I've received consultations and product ranging from business cards, theater posters, celebration of life materials, resumes etc. The online business I purchased a personalized kids book from 6 weeks before Christmas let me know on dec 22 not to expect the book, that they were weeks behind schedule. Oh no! What to do? Breathe, think, call Office Depot Severna Park. Jacob was so kind and encouraging. He assured me that they can laminate my story and pictures and make the book. what!!!??! He also inputed his creative expert advice to the project and....Jacob saved Christmas. It should be turned into a hallmark movie, "Jacob saves Christmas".
