An employee noticed me looking at the dent and offered to pull down another box for me from a high shelf. When I declined his offer he insisted on opening the damaged box and making sure the item inside was undamaged. Great customer service!”

“When it comes to this experience that here, well, it's nothing short of a Christmas miracle!! Over the years I've had great success at the copy and print center at this particular location. I've received consultations and product ranging from business cards, theater posters, celebration of life materials, resumes etc. The online business I purchased a personalized kids book from 6 weeks before Christmas let me know on dec 22 not to expect the book, that they were weeks behind schedule. Oh no! What to do? Breathe, think, call Office Depot Severna Park. Jacob was so kind and encouraging. He assured me that they can laminate my story and pictures and make the book. what!!!??! He also inputed his creative expert advice to the project and....Jacob saved Christmas. It should be turned into a hallmark movie, "Jacob saves Christmas". Honestly though this is an amazingly smart, professional and talented group of peoole in our area. A resource of products and expertise that you can count on for your biggest projects. “I recently had trouble with my 7 year old hot tub leaking. I called Chesapeake Spas and spoke with Harry about the issue. He listened to me when I explained the problem. He and Brock sent Dan to my house to assess the problem and within about 45 minutes Dan had the problem located. This was not an easy hot tub to access as it is sunk into our deck meaning he had to crawl under the deck to get to the control panels. He didn't hesitate and went right under the deck. The problem required parts that he didn't have on his truck so someone would have to return. I requested that he be the one back out to fix the problem. He returned the next day and had the problem fixed in no time! I can't thank Harry and Brock enough for sending Dan. He was such a respectful and professional young man. If I ever have another issue I will definitely call Chesapeake Spas and ask for Dan.”
