She knows I have to watch my budget, and she has done some things at minimum or no charge. Part of that is she guarantees all her work. I really appreciate her generosity. I think she understands that providers who price gouge keep patients from receiving dental care. Her staff is the absolute best. They are ALWAYS courteous and friendly. They answer website inquiries promptly, and the person who does the insurance works hard to get the best deals. If you're scared of the dentist, they have TVs accessible to each chair and headphones connected to the TV to drown out drilling noise. Someone is always there to hold my hand during the needle injections, and they never make me feel like a sissy ????. ”
