“I was kind of scared before coming here because of the reviews. I do agree wait times can be crazy but I always try to make my appointment the earliest possible and the longest I have to had to wait maybe an extra 10-15 minutes. I have gone here 4 times and each time scheduling early helped. I do notice when I am done with my appointment almost every chair is taken when I leave. Schedule early if you can! Every ultrasound tech I have experienced have been so nice and personable. From the ladies upfront, the ladies who take your blood, and to the ladies and gentlemen who do the initial blood pressure and weight check are all so nice. Really can’t think of anything bad to say about this place.”

“The ER was a different experience than the Surgery unit. ER took hours to go through. The rooms were tiny and you can here people all around, suffering in pain. After being hooked up to an IV I told the nurse that I had to use the bathroom more than once and I had to unhook the IV and walk to the bathroom . She had a surprised look on her face and then ran after me for a urine sample. When I finally spoke with a Dr. he was very dry and short with me, sent me to the ultrasound room and then I didn't see him again. I got mixed information from different people and I could say more about the experience but you get the idea. The Surgery Unit process was smooth sailing the intake people were nice the nurses and doctors were nice, professional and informative and the experience was top notch care. They did everything to make sure that I was comfortable, they listened to me and answered all of my concerns. I have panic and anxiety and because of them I felt safe and in calm. The facility was clean and the room looked sanitary.”

“I had to take my mom to Urgent Care because she was having breathing problems and her chest was tight. We got here when they opened and they were friendly and thorough! The Physicians Assistant was very nice and attentive and made sure to check out all possible causes. The facility was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care before any other Urgent Care near by. This is the place I will be going to from now on if I need to go to Urgent Care.”
