“Have a flat on my 2000 Cherokee with 31 inch tires and like every other Jeep owner with larger tires I didn't have a spare. Called AAA and they sent ARS over and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Tee was the tow truck driver and he had my Jeep loaded up and on it's way to the tire shop very quickly. Tee was awesome, very polite. Thank you ARS for making a frustrating situation a pleasant one.”

“Incredible service team! I love a marina that finds potential issues before they are issues. With a short boating season the way it is, it is great to be able to hit the water in the spring with confidence. The photo attached is what my engine compartment looked like when they were done changing oil, replacing impellers, changing coolant and replacing the harmonic balancers on both engines. Clean as new. Excellent service, and I would give them 6 stars if it were an option!”

“This Marina offers more than just docking your boat. Nice shower houses, beaches, and even jet ski and paddle board rentals push this marina from just a place to dock your boat to a resort where you and your family can enjoy! This marina is dog friendly and is kept in pristine condition. Ramp access makes this marina unique and the slip holders are all very nice and approachable. All of the staff and office managers that work here are friendly and willing to help at any request. If I could give this marina a better rating than five stars, I would.”

Everyone that works there is always there to help you.When we needed to get our boat pulled due to some barnacle issues they were right there getting us out. This is our first season with Nabbs Creek and we could not find a better place to keep our boat. They do treat you like family, honorable mention to go out to Alex, this guy has the best customer service and I seen him running several times to help out other boaters so they can get into their slips, this of course includes us. If you thinking of joining a marina and want to be treated like family, This is the place for you!!”

“We have used Persimmon Point on and off for 15+ years as we've owned various boats, and they have been nothing but fantastic. Krissy and Alex run an extremely honest business with very clear communication about what is going on with your boat One of the things I appreciate most is that they don't push services on you. For example, if your hoses are looking like they are coming to the end of their life, they'll let you know and advise you as to when you should resolve the matter. Simply put, they are a very honest and trustworthy business with fair pricing and great customer service. No need to look anywhere else for service!”

“Excellent, undamaged--website, dispatch, & driver communicated well re 2 deliveries before noon in usual 10-6 window! A few unhappy customers over 6 years have documented their problems, but others are happy! My building receives freight from R+L happily! Freight deliveries to residences are inherently problematic, but mine went well (my shipment was divided in Richmond, which Baltimore missed, but delivery was completed next day).”
