We called our roadside assistance, talked with another customer who tried to help, and then went into the store to ask if someone would help jump start our car. Worked with Jake to purchase a 13-ft cantilever with rolling base that was on backorder until end of August/early September. Delivery crew showed up on time, with courteous and friendly attitudes, and put our cantilever together. They even gave us a full block of instruction on use with helpful tips. They were in and out in 20 minutes and, despite the heat, smiled the entire time. Refreshing customer service experience!”

I needed a medication delivered to a patient who is homebound and has no one there with transportation so I reached out to Wegmans thinking they would be able to help. Unfortunately, they weren't able to but the woman Mary who answered the phone was absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to try and help me find a local pharmacy that could possibly help out my elderly homebound patient. Even looked up the number to several local pharmacies that may be able to help. All things that she had absolutely no obligation to do.. but she did! This is what its all about! This is when you know you have a person working in the right field.
