The price for the hardwood floors was on par with three other places that did estimates on my home, but the sales folks at Bay Country took time to go over the reasons for the price unlike those other companies. The crew was respectful of my home and family, and came prepared to work on a rainy day with a canopy that they set up so that they would not have to stop in spite of a heavy downpour near the end of the work. The final product looks amazing, and was completed within a single day as was promised. I am thrilled with Bay Country Floors and will be recommending them to any that will listen.”
