“I was so impressed with the service at body works. There are a lot of shops who can fix a dent or paint your car but the level of communication and customer service here was really world class. Even while there wasn't a real update and they were waiting on some parts to come in to fix my Lexus I still got a call every couple of days giving me a status. I never really had to chase them to get information and that's pretty uncommon. After I picked up my car I found a small issue and went back by the shop. They immediately made a plan with me to take care of it at my convenience. No questions asked. Another example of a customer-centric attitude that I really appreciate. This is a great shop and they have earned a loyal customer in me.”
