Just left the office, was informed I can change my due date to pay as well as can move out without notice....both are changes from previous owners, and both are welcome changes. In the middle of selling our home and have been hit with a variety of challenges. It is nice to be given flexibility and not made to feel trapped. So far extremely happy with Extra Space Storage!

I just want to thank Robert for his assistance today. He provided excellent Customer Service. I needed help getting into my shed today and the key to the lock would not work, even though I had the right key. I have had the space for over 13 years and have decided it’s time to move out before the end of the month I had not been in there for more than 4 years and I guess the lock had rusted or was broken inside . Needless to say, he took the time to cut it off and I was able to purchase a new one from the office and finish getting things ready so I can move y stuff . Again, Robert was awesome and wanted you all to know it. Thank you, Robert

Robert helped me today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that he helped me to feel comfortable with the business I choose to store my belongings with. This site was extremely clean! Gated with cameras and secure! I do recommend this facility to others!

The new management so far has online services easier to pay rent. Robert Aloevera got the control of the autopay and it is one less thing to be worry about it. Also they have cleaned up the Storgae driving area. I used to struggle to maneuver around all U-Hual trucks.
The access time frame is better now.
Overall , good start. Hope keep improving.

These guys are incredible. Mel went above and beyond in an emergency situation for us. He packed up a room full of furniture, provided the boxes and materials and moved it all into a nearby facility. He did this within a 24 hour period. They were professional, courteous, I could reach them at any time along the process. I highly recommend Catonsville emergency movers. 👍 Thanks guys.
