Stopped by here a few days ago, looking to get some sirloin to ground and make burgers. Tony actually suggested to not use sirloin, and said he makes his own steak burger mix. So I decided to try that. Man! That burger was the truth!!!!!! It's difficult to go back to ground beef burgers after that. Highly recommend the steak burger mix. Thanks Tony!

I went in back in April and got a bunch of meat almost worth $500. Tony was helpful and he even gave me tips to cook some of the meats. And I like that he doesn’t close too early because I usually get out around 6 and I can drive quickly to his shop before he closes. I for sure will be coming back for any meat that I need.

I see a couple of these bad reviews and wonder if you guys actually visited the right place. Tony is one of the most honest, friendliest and funniest persons you will ever meet. NEVER have I been there and it smell awful, nor has he ever been unkind. The meat that he offers is fresh daily and will melt in your mouth. The price compared to what you get at the grocery store is laughable. We drive over 2 hours to visit his store for the quality and the customer service. Keep doing your thing Mr. Tony!! I grill, smoke, and roast a variety of meats on a quite frequent basis. As someone who appreciates great food it all starts with quality ingredients. This is the local butcher shop that you can rely on for excellent meats. He has a variety of beef cuts that are USDA certified Angus Prime. Keep in mind that only 3% of all beef meets this high standard. This means you pay more but you will know why when you eat it. Prime has much more marbling than what you find in the grocery store which lends to a more tender and flavorful meat. His hamburgers and hotdogs are also made in house and are amazing. We also enjoyed a locally sourced, never frozen turkey for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best I’ve ever eaten. Please go support this place if you are looking for the best quality meat around and a butcher who pays attention to all the details.
