(April 19, 2018, 12:47 pm)Brody is an excellent business. Competitive rates, knowledgeable techs, and great equipment. The only reason I wont give 5 stars is because Ashley (their customer service representative) lacks the disposition to earn them 5 stars. She is not friendly, polite, or courteous. She goes out of her way to be mean. I thought it was only me, but she doesn't discriminate. She is mean to everyone including the employees she works with. Other than that Brody is top notch.
