I have been seeing Dr. Popkin since 2012 and think he's great! A few of my co-workers suggested him, all of them lived in AA County & while I worked in that area I live in Baltimore County MD. Dr. Popkin came so highly recommended I decided to go see him. It was the best decision EVER! He did uterine surgery for my Fibroid's in 2013 and it was the best decision I ever made, I can't believe I waited so long to get the procedure done. His Staff are all very helpful & friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Harold Popkin. After the birth of my Grand daughter I recommended him to my oldest daughter. She thinks he's great too...do yourself a favor & go see him.
