  I stopped through to get my drive belt tightened up and they were incredibly accommodating. So I asked for a quote of getting some of my new to me (used) car done. It's been a week since that work was done and my car feels amazing. They even went above and beyond and got my tire pressure sensor to turn off (which other shops couldn't or didn't bother to address) without me asking. They explained everything clearly, their prices were reasonable, and customer service was excellent. I'm so glad they were able to fit me in that first day! Fantastic shop!!

  My family has been going to Bob's automotive for years and they've always been good to us.
  
  Most recently I had one of my vehicles give out after about 200,000 miles and Paul JR took at look at it and told me straight up it wouldn't be worth it to repair. I appreciate honesty and was very thankful for the advice he gave me.
  
  In the auto repair industry integrity and trust is important above all, these guys are trustworthy, helpful and honest.

  Excellent customer service, they are very thorough with repairs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. John is great and he always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. I feel like family when I walk in and almost everyone knows me by name. Their prices are reasonable and you won't find better service anywhere else ( :
