I chose Yorkewood for several reasons : Grounds are WELL KEPT by the Site techs, all utilities are included except electricity, location is right between the perks of Towson & easy accessibility to downtown and I enjoy the intimate building size!!! FREE parking, windows in every single room and awesome renovations for the updated apartments!Baltimore is a major city - there is no such thing as perfection - But I can attest that maintenance does their job, the leasing office follows the lease agreement & the Corporate office is easily accessible!!! I love Yorkewood so much I am a past resident, turned employee of WPM and return resident!! I say stop in to explore your future home to get the experience that I have had!

(June 13, 2019, 12:33 pm)I love this neighborhood. Everyone here are so friendly including the workers. Yesterday, I had a heavy mattress delivered to the leasing office and one of the maintenance men, Dante, carried it all the way to my apartment. I was so grateful! I couldn’t thank him enough.

(May 30, 2019, 4:43 pm)The best thing about Yorkewood is the staff. They provide a friendly and warm environment. I walked in for an impromptu tour and it felt like it they had prepared for weeks. Latoya was my tour guide and she makes sure that you are taken care of. She accommodated me to my apartment price range and needs and gave me a tour during her lunch break! All while of this while keeping a smile on her face! Highly recommend Yorkewood if you want an at home feel.

From quickly resolving maintenance requests to staying open a little later for me to pick up packages, the team at Yorkewood is closer to family than anything else!????????
