I been a patient of Dr. Ni for about18 years. She a great doctor who if something is going on with your health she make sure she sends you to the right doctors and she is outgoing. She cares alot about her patients
I am extremely surprised by all of the negative reviews. Like one reviewer mentioned, Dr. Ni has been my primary care provider for over 10 years. Within the past year, I even referred my sister to her, due to her bad experience with other doctors and she is so thankful now to have a doctor like Dr. Ni. Dr. Ni is a very caring doctor and unlike other doctors, she will not just put you on medication without giving you natural and holistic ways to treat and monitor your health. In situations when I needed to schedule an emergency visit, she has always been able to schedule me in the same day or next day, with the exception of her annual vacation, which she takes to visit her family at the same time every year. No doctor is perfect! I will agree that Dr. Ni could improve on addressing her concerns with her staff privately, and not in front of her patients. However, I am sure that if someone showed up at your job they would see that you have bad days, and don't do everything perfect either. Nevertheless, I continue to be treated under Dr. Ni's care because of her years of experience, knowledge in medicine and her care and compassion for her patients. I agree that if you don't know her personality and haven't taken the time to get to know her, she may come across as abrupt, but she sees a great deal of patients, which is a testament to her level of skill in her profession and she is a very sweet Dr and listens to her patients.
One of the best! She is great at what she does, very caring, and goes above and beyond. My mother and I have been patients for 10 years and we’ve never had a compliant.
