Everyone I dealt with at Bill Knight Collision was very helpful, starting with Christy, who arranged for our car to be towed, then Ariel & Tony. When we went to the 41st & Memorial location, we met Daniel Sandoval. He was our contact & was great! Daniel was always professional & got back to me in a timely fashion. He dealt with the insurance company & kept us updated all the time. They also text with updates too, which was helpful but I knew Daniel was always just a phone call away. We got our car back & it looked (and drove) like new.

They did a perfect job of repairing damage to our 2020 Ford Explorer in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and I received text messages informing me of the various stages of the repair. As an aging Baby Boomer, the cost seemed excessive, but what doesn't these days.
