They replaced 3 out of 4 windows and put 3 out of 4 brand new tires on my car and that were beyond reasonably priced I dropped my cat off Saturday afternoon and it was ready by Monday. They do wonderful work on a variety of things, they even do paintwork and their prices are so reasonable especially when paying out of pocket.

Eze was a wonderful manager. Very reliable and great with communication and affordable. Work was done wonderful. I don't know if I'd go back because I tried to use the finance information he told me about to pay. But when I got here to pay with it no one knew nothing about it or how to use it. I just don't get it. Smh glad to get my car back and the service was great but the finish line blew me. I'd recommend them though for their service and work on my vehicle because overall they're amazing!!!!

I have nothing negative to say about this place...ALL EXTREMELY POSITIVE!!!!! I was recommended to come here and talk to Louse. First moment I stepped into the office I felt at ease, having my first accident ever I didn’t know what to do much less say. Silvia was so helpful and worked with me and my insurance company. They immediately did the estimate, and told me “We’ll take good care of your car.” Those 3 weeks felt like an eternity but Silvia and Vanessa kept me informed each step of the way. They were able to work with me financially. Being very green to the insurance game I wound up paying HALF of what was expected out of my deductible. Instead of $2,000.00 I only paid $1,000.00 it was too good to be true considering my total cost was $3,117.75!! Not only did my car look brand spanking new...they even cleaned the inside of my car and gave it a well deserved wash. Very satisfied and highly recommend. Excellent job guys!!! My one stop shop from now on thank you all so much!!

I’ve had daunting experiences at other shops, from mechanics over charging me for work, from another shop removing my car parts to replace them with older car parts. However, my experience at ELG was beyond remarkable. They went the extra mile in the quality work and in customer service. I was happy to pick up my car, see the quality work and enjoy a clean, detailed interior. I plan to return to get more work done and to send all of my family and friends.
