  Thought my subwoofers were blown so I came in to get them replaced - on a Porsche 911T. Due to the size (5.25”) there isn’t a subwoofer that would give it the right sound so I chose a high quality pair of midrange speakers, just to get rid of the rattling.
  
  After we agreed which speakers we’re getting installed Chris, the installer - after inspecting my speakers found that the speakers were in fact not blown, in this particular case it only needed poxy to firm up the existing ones (got loose so it rattled)... so instead of installing speakers that in fact I did not need and charging me (which I can think of a few places that would) they only charged me for one hour for resolving the issue (even though it definitely took them about 2 1/2hrs to get it done) . Talk about HONEST WORK!!! This, ladies and gents tells you these guys are here for the long haul. Not only was I recommended to this establishment by others who said they do the best work in Baltimore but this shows they put integrity first. Sometimes, a peace of mind is half the work and the brothers at Poptronics given me that from the get-go.
  
  Now, we are discussing the idea of putting a custom box/subs in and re-working the current system installed. Looking forward to not only get the Porsche worked on with Poptronics exclusively, but all work in the future!
  
  All the staff members were helpful to the MAX, along with all of the Audio and more... in the back of the store they also sell DJ mixers. In between crazy rushes of happy customers - one gentleman periodically even mixed a few tracks. Come on maaaannn... tell me another audio shop with a part time DJ!! Lol :-)

  This is the spot for your ride to get a makeover. Also if you spin the records they have some high-end high-quality stuff. Very nice! Frank is very nice customer service oriented helpful person. I think all the guys that work the counter are nice too, to include the owner if that's who he is. Reasonable prices and good work.

  ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
  I now live in Waldorf, Md and I have no problems passing by numerous install shops to get here. If I can throw out a name ...SMITTY... introduced me to these guys in PATAPSCO (and at the old location) and it has been love ever since. They have a great selection, lots of parts, lots of knowledge, and great people working with you. If you ask me, they are the next best thing to going straight to Crutchfield (5 STARS all day any day)
