The aircraft are clean and very well maintained. Perfect for corporate entertainment or even a once in a lifetime date night! Charm City Helicopters will not disappoint!

Amazing location on the heliport, easy to get to, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, felt very safe the entire time and helicopter was big and comfortable, and our Pilot Mike was personable and fun! Will be back for on of their packages!

(November 18, 2018, 8:55 am)I had been looking into a tour with Charm City Helicopters for a while but didn't actually book until the morning of the day I wanted the tour.
The company couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. We ended up on a private flight and we were able to upgrade to a longer flight right there on the spot. It was amazing!
The pilot was friendly and we chit chatted during the flight. The women working at the actual office were knowledgeable and so helpful. Don't mistake either of them for "office help". They either have their pilot's license or are working on getting them. Any questions you have, they know the answers and then some.
I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Charm City and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a way to make a visit to Baltimore unforgettable.
