I watched my 3 neighbors have their roof done by another company I won’t mention, and none of them used the quality of materials as Summit nor were they as meticulous with the install. I’ve done roofing for years and at my age, was not able to do my own roof but I gotta say these guys are great! I wanted to give them 10 stars but this only goes up to 5. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work on their home, they’re honest and very well priced.

Ryan gave us an honest estimate, and was very informative about the product, installation, timeline and cost. They sent multiple people over to ensure that the measurements were precise, and produced custom made windows in about 3 weeks. The installation went smoothly, with a large enough crew to ensure the work was done in a day. I couldn’t be happier with my new, more efficient windows!

(August 15, 2018, 6:30 pm)Today, you just don’t get this type of service and satisfaction when it comes to contracting/doing work on your home. The time all the employees of Summit spent with me, their explanation of the materials, and Colin especially... he was amazing! He personally saw to it that a tarp went on my home before the install just to prevent more water from coming in. He really made sure I understood what was going to be done to my home and how. I’m very happy I found out about Summit Home Remodeling and I would happily use them again!!

From my initial assessment of my roof with Ian to the final inspection with Louise, my entire experience was professional and stress free. Summit Home Remodeling hands down did an outstanding job replacing my entire roof. The process of explaining the products and services were very easy to understand and I felt that I was getting the best deal possible from a very reputable company. I had over a dozen companies provide an estimate for my roof and explain what their services were, but they were not confidently knowledgeable and convincing enough when we discussed warranties and the entire installation process. Summit Home Remodeling clearly managed my level of expectations and executed as promised, installing the most beautiful roof that will last and be backed up with a long lasting warranty, if needed. I am very happy and am thankful that I was recommended from someone to give them a call. Best decision and largest investment in my home that I am very satisfied with.
