“This is the only auto repair shop I’ve visited more than once. As a female, I’m often worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to visiting a mechanic. I don’t get that from Monroe. I stumbled upon this place because I pass it on my way to work. The mechanics are always friendly and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit, I️ thought I was going in for a pretty expensive repair. The mechanic told me that I️ didn’t need that repair and that my issue could be fixed by simply replacing my tires. They saved my car and my wallet. Keon then drove to several different stores (in the rain, I️ must add) to find tires for my car at the best deal possible. I️ will continue to go to them for any service needed on my vehicle. “I would give 5 stars, but their communication to customers could use some improvement. My car looks great, and Mina at the front desk is a sweetheart, and they’re going to let me bring my tag in to put it on my car for free (I forgot it when I brought my car in post accident). I was told by my adjuster it would be ready the 6th or 7th which it was, but I received only one customer email from them that said it would be ready on the 13th. Thankfully, I had called a few times and was able to pick my car up on the 7th, after it was finished. When I called after getting the email saying it would be another week, I was told my car was already almost completely finished. If I hadn’t called I don’t know how long my car would’ve sat done on the lot. For people who are renting cars in the interim our of pocket this is a big deal. Other than that, the service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends in the area!”
