There is no "choose one from column A and two from column B" with Patchwork. All of the ingredients were seasonal and from local farms and all of the serving skewers and napkins were either 100% recyclable materials or made of sustainable resources. Even if I didn't have particular views about food politics or the environment, I would seriously consider patchwork on flavor alone!”
