“I was living an active lifestyle until 2.5 years ago when I developed a musculoskeletal injury to my right groin that lead to chronic nerve pain in the pelvic area. After multiple visits with different specialists in the MD/DC area with unsuccessful treatment pathways, I was about to give up. In one last effort, I thankfully found Joshua Wies. His initial assessment was very thorough and he is an exceptional listener. By the time I got into his hands, I was extremely discouraged. The psycho-social affects weighed on me as equally, if not more, than the physical pain. Joshua has a great understanding of the full affects (mind, body, spirit) of chronic injury. He explored every avenue of treatment options and kept a positive outlook, encouraging me at every visit. He made it so easy for me to trust in his expertise. I had not formally exercised in 2.5 years and during my treatments with Joshua, I began walking at a faster pace and eventually incorporated some jogging. I am nearly back to my baseline abilities and my nerve pain has significantly subsided, which is huge! I recommend Joshua Wies to anyone needing assistance with a chronic (or acute) injury.”

“Very approachable and straightforward. Dr. Pam makes you feel comfortable right away and her adjustments are gentle, quick, and easy. Would definitely recommend for everyone, but especially so for first-timers, those on the fence about chiropractics, or people who have had negative experiences with adjustments in the past. Bonus, she is a life-saver during pregnancy!”

“My boyfriend and I moved into a studio apartment on the third floor August 5, 2017. We have a 12 month lease. My experience at Pangea Pines apartments has been nothing but pleasure. (Our leasing agent was Rodney when we first moved in but now they have some new people in the leasing office). This was our first apartment so I thought it was a good start for a first time apartment. My boyfriend and I are both college students. We never seen any mice or roaches in our unit. Never!. We often kept it as clean as possible too. There are a few things that could be improved like cleaning the hall way more often because it can stink sometimes (but we always made sure our apartment smelled good so it only stunk once you walked out into the hall way) and you often have some guys at the gas station across the street selling weed which can also be disturbing. Overall, it was a pleasure being a resident at Pangea. I will not be renewing my lease because I'm moving to something bigger. Pangea can be a little pricey. We paid $680 a month for a studio plus water bill (less than $20) and BG&E bill.”
