“Joe has been giving BOTH ukulele and Guitar lessons to both of my daughters. He's stopped giving guitar lessons to one of my children because she was finished - you know how kids can be - but my youngest learned so much with JOE... and wait for it.... ALL OVER ZOOM! I'm still not sure how Joe was able to help someone learn a musical instrument without touching their hands/arms or helping to position their bodies, but JOE WAS. it was pretty cool to see, as I was skeptical at how will an instructor be able to accurately and swiftly correct physical errors. Joe's approach and, calm demeanor really helped both of my daughters feel comfortable, as they progressed in their ability to manipulate their instruments. Thanks Joe!”

They offer excellent pilates workouts from highly trained and skilled instructors and the studio has positively impacted my physical and mental health. The owner, instructors, and the other people taking the class are always so kind and welcoming. Jodie, Kristy, and all the instructors are incredible and have a gift for making workouts challenging and fun, while also catering to the unique needs of everyone in the class. They offer multiple different types of classes - classic reformer, tramp, and weight/sculpt classes. The studio is gorgeous and the facilities and equipment are excellent. I have done pilates for 10+ years at studios across the country and Embody is the best I have ever been to. I love Embody Pilates and highly recommend it!!”
