  Spoke with Chris Battaglia on 4-7-18 to confirm appointment with him on 4-8-18 at his office. We discussed out plans and received our contract to finish our uncompleted new home that another builder started and left unfinished. The previous builder took most of our life savings. Chris sat down and has given us hope. A very caring young man to help us finally appreciate our new home. Can't wait to see his people get our new home ready to move in. An amazing and sincere company. Thanks John and Sandy Skleres

  My wife and I first met with Chris Battaglia about building a new home back in September of 2016. Prior to meeting with him, we met with other local builders that tried to promise us the world just to earn our business but were ultimately disappointed by both the size of the homes they stated were "within our budget" and the quality of their build. We knew Battaglia was different from the moment we met with them. As most of you know, in the construction business there are many ways to cut corners to land a deal. However, I can truthfully say as I sit in my freshly finished, custom built home by Battaglia that it is of the highest quality and efficiency. Little things that other builders ignore (ex. Gluing and nailing studs, wood and joist quality, insulation, interior/exterior drain tiles, all energy star materials and mechanicals etc.) are what Battaglia focuses on the most and which separates them from everyone else. They truly care about their product and their customers and the quality of house you get for your money cannot be matched by anyone. Trust me, we looked. So stop looking at big box builders that build paper mache homes and only care about their bottom line. Go with a smaller family run business that builds their homes right! I was truly pleased with the entire experience from start to finish and was blown away by the finished product . Thank you to the entire Battaglia family for helping me to make my dream home a reality!

  Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. After interviewing multiple builders we knew as soon as we walked into their office they were going to be the builder for us! The entire staff was friendly and very professional. We loved the fact that they had their own showroom and in-house designers to help you with the selection process. I thought picking out every detail of a house would have been a nightmare, but their system made it so easy. We enjoyed our process because we were able to pick out our selections up front before we signed a contract, and knew exactly what we were getting.
