  It's one thing to do generic physical therapy exercises to build up strength, balance, mobility, etc., but it's another to be able to apply physical therapy to the sports that you want to return to. This facility and staff provide the resources to do both.
  
  There is a weight area, turf fields with goals, batting cages, and pitching mounds that can be utilized to incorporate your physical therapy into a sports setting. I am recovering from a torn ACL, and the use of a turf field and goals has provided a physical therapy regimen that caters to my aim to return to the soccer field.
  
  I can't recommend this facility enough. It completely changes the way physical therapy can be used. Plus, it's way more fun to start working towards the sport you love instead of strictly exercising and stretching.

  I can’t say enough about True Sports! As a new patient, David took me in at a moments notice when I was dealing with some shoulder and upper back pain that was making a long day at work pretty difficult to get through. He took his time and talked with me one on one to figure out the best course of action for my pain. When I found out that David started working out of the Glen Arm location I was thrilled as it’s much closer to my home! I look forward to continuing my pt with David at True Sports!

  I had a labral repair for my hip, and started seeing David when I moved to Baltimore. He helped me get to a much better functional level. I appreciate the fact that he gave me one-on-one attention the entire time, and created a treatment that was very individualized. He’s a very cool PT.

  Recently , I met Dave at the glen arm location and his work is phenomenal. Being a former Division 1 and Division 2 baseball player , I’ve met plenty of physical therapists and trainers . Dave is definitely one of the best ! If you need anything he will help you out . He’s currently made me a healthier athlete now in my everyday life ! Dave has fixed my back pain and now I feel the best I’ve ever felt !

  Dave and Yoni were awesome to work with. We made realistic goals and they kept me on track to meeting them. They listened to what I wanted to achieve and they were receptive to any concerns I had during the process. Highly recommended.
