I threw out a FB request for recommendations of honest exterminators for a mouse problem and two people recommended Bay City. I called and had a great chat and a couple of laughs with Nick. He asked a couple of questions and set up a day and time. Tim and a new recruit came to my home on time and got right to work placing the bait. Tim was very knowledgeable and taught me a couple of things. Bay City Pest Management were courteous, prompt, professional (yet down to earth), and reasonable. While I hope to not need their services again, I would call them in a minute if I ever do!
