Went in to have some work done on my muffler. They walked me through the job and my options. Also saw a bolt that had gone through my tire and removed it with no damage sustained. My entire trip took less than an hour. Really enjoyed talking to Kevin. Will be back for future service for sure!

I had a very good experience at Brooks Muffler. Billy was very cordial with me and remembered our conversation about my 2004 F150 and the muffler system I wanted. I was offered a ride home and the young lady that took me home was very kind and friendly to talk to. Dropped it off at 930 and picked it up at 130. I was very pleased with the work and the Stainless Tips they put on were more than I expected. I was also very pleased with the 1 year warranty that was given to me.
I would recommend there service to anyone I know. Thanks Brooks Muffler you did a wonderful job on my F150.
