Messed up my front wheel and as soon as my insurance contacted them they immediately called me so that I can sign a form that way they could get started right away. Very polite and well mannered. Even though I bugged them a little to see when my car would be done they were still very polite to ensure me what day they estimated it to be done and sure enough it was done by that day. Would definitely reccomend to come here.

(January 3, 2019, 8:39 am)Friendly and fast. They coordinated with Enterprise so the process was simple. Enterprise got my reservation mixed up but no fault to bob's. I got my car back looking brand new, and the car is a 2018 so it was brand new. They washed the exterior and interior as well as had it pulled out and ready to drive away upon arrival. I recommend if you want a quality job. They work with Progressive to make the process pain free. Good job!

(January 2, 2019, 8:06 pm)I had a repair done through my insurance company at this establishment. They provided extremely professional service during my repair and everything was completed in a timely fashion.
Great customer service and attention to detail in repairs. They even noted a dent in a previous repair done by another shop that was not fixed during my last insurance claim.
Definitely would recommend this shop for any auto body repair needs! -

They were able to take my car in the Thursday before Christmas and had everything done by the following Wednesday! Given the holiday (and the heavy rain before that!) I had concerns that the job would need to be pushed back. Not so. My car is as good as new! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and we’re completely transparent about the work they would be doing. I really can’t say enough good things! Having to get your car repaired is a stress that no one enjoys having to deal with. Bob’s made the entire process so seamless, it made everything that much less of a headache. Highly recommend!
