I wished I had seen Dr. Mumtaz in the beginning of a very painful ear problem. However, I didn't and what I spent in prescription ear drops would of been less than one office visit to fix the issue. I found his staff very polite on the phone and in person. I found him very professional and courteous as well.

I have known Dr. MUMTAZ for 44 years as a colleague and a patient. My wife and I drive 180 miles round trip for an appointment.

He is knowledgeable, skillful diagnostician, counselor and surgeon. His office staff are professional, organized and very pleasant.

We have and will continue to refer Dr. Mumtaz to our friends and family.

Dr. Mumtaz and staff are great. I've had year round allergies for years since moving to Maryland. I saw Dr. Mumtaz in March for steroid allergy injections in my nostrils and have not had to take any allergy medicine since. It is wonderful to not sneeze 24/7! Would definitely recommended.

I have been to his office and he was a tremendous help. I had suddenly been having issues with acid reflux which included horrible burning in my throat after every meal, difficulty breathing and a lot of chest and stomach pain. I had been to another doctor before about the issue and they were able to give me temporary help to keep it under control for a while but the reflux came back almost full force immediately after. The staff was fantastic and put me in as soon as they could and Doctor Mumtaz was more than helpful! He gave me some suggestions as to what the issue could be and what to do and he was right! I have been able to keep my acid reflux under control since. Doctor Mumtaz and his workers were all very helpful and efficient and if I have any more reflux issues in the future I will be going back to his office.

Very impressed by the professional attitude of both doctor and office staff. I had recurrent nosebleeds off and on for months, they managed to fit me in same day and were very caring. The treatment worked and did not require a follow-up. Would happily recommend their services to friends and family.

Don't listen to the other reviews, people only seem to want to review when there's an 'issue' and not when things went well, the good experiences usually far outweigh any possible bad experiences. Having worked in a doctor's office setting myself, I would like to remind others to keep their appointments and call ahead with as much notice as possible if unable to make it, and to please not get snippy with office staff. All offices have policies on scheduling and how many times you're allowed to cancel before they won't see you.
