  Great and wonderful service, we received service the same day. Two WONDERFUL servicemen came out George and John. We could not have asked for a better team. They were nice, humble, respectful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about them and the professionalism of this Company from beginning to the end including the lady who answered the phone. The charges were reasonable. We did not feel like we were being "ripped off." Thanks Perry Hall Heating and AC for a job well done!

  Great experience with this place. My air conditioner failed and I found Perry Hall Heating and A/C on the web. They were an authorized Trane dealer, so I gave them a call. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced a failed board on the spot. I will give them five stars for prompt service, integrity and honesty. The price was fair for the work done. If needed I will use them again.

  I was getting jerked around by another HVAC company. This other place took 5 days for a quote and then told me a week+ before they could do it. Called Perry Hall on a Thursday, they came out for the quote that Friday and I had AC that Monday for $1300 less than the quote that took 5 days to get. Top notch the whole way by these guys.

  Perry Hall installed our new gas furnace and handler, they were a pleasure to work with. We have a service contract, they came out on the 4th of July during a heat wave to fix the air conditioning. Can't recommend them enough!

  We had our entire HVAC system replaced this past week and I was very impressed by Perry Hall HVAC. The men were extremely respectful, efficient, knew what they were doing and took good care walking in and our of our house. They started at 9am and were done replacing the entire system by 4pm. They also beat the price of other estimates we have received and were great at responding to any questions we had via phone and e-mail. Greatly appreciate their service.
  
  UPDATE: It’s been 2 months since our HVAC was installed and last night our pump went out during a big thunder storm. We called their line at 8pm to get service and received a call by 7am the next morning to set something up. They were here by noon same day to fix the problem and it took less than 20 minutes. Our technician, Josh, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Labor was covered under the warranty.
