  October29 of 2018 time was 9 am in the morning. The employee is big hand to succeed any kind of business in this 21 century. We asked Bjs holesale employees to refuel gasoline cylinder and after waiting of 45 minute my wife told man who was also mechanic came out "why did you take so long"? His answer was " SO WHAT" i was so surprised his attitude forthermore he said" my cylinder is expired but same time another Customer cylinder was even 3 years older than ours. He said go outside somewhere to feel up" he proclaimed he is the supervisor of the department. He was very unhappy ruder to customers who came for business and his sales skills is very zero levels and poor manners. Since this wasnot satisfied our needs we went inside to ask station manager about this matter. She was totally opposite very professional and great sales skills. She apologized behalf her employee's. She made us more welcoming to wholesale which we have been 17 years members. Thank you station manger i forgot her name she is dark skins beautiful lady.????

  It is a great place to shop in bulk for any need. The employees are nice maintain the store really well. It is hard to find a damaged or dirty thing in the whole store. The only inconvenience is that it is down it's own road and it is always packed with a crowd, making t hard to drive or walk anywhere in the parking lot. during the weekdays the lines are horrible inside even though they have all the registers open. I would give it 5 stars if they had better waiting times and a more direct route to shop here.

  Nice selection of home necessities and grocery items. Prices are decent and really great if you have coupons. The staff is helpful and friendly.
  
  The parking lot at this store can be a little tricky to get in and out of.
