Finance mishaps but overall dealership is recommended!
I would have given 5 stars, but it's been 26 days, and DC-DMV still does not have my title, and I cannot register my vehicle. Dinesh was a good sales person, offering extra advice and I highly recommend him. The process was smooth, and the dealership even assisted by having someone drive my old vehicle back to DC, while I drove away with my new sale!! They also supported Breast Cancer and Cancer awareness month! For many like myself who lost a loved-one, it felt good to know they care, as they too suffered loss. The financing is not going smooth, so I had to take away one star, but otherwise everyone there, even finance has provided good service.
Arrived at 7am and got me out as promised by 9am to meet my appointment. David the service rep did a great job.
Excellent service staff, however the wait is unnecessary. My car was finished and sitting outside but they said it would have been another 30 minutes... The representative inside the dealership solved that issue. My car was definitely finished, what the miscommunication was I don't know.
