  Daniel was awesome. He went above and beyond, literally, watered my cats and carried in wood for my fireplace.
  
  Now his work on our furnace was exceptional. Got us up and running, didn't try to bs and sell us work we didn't need, and gave us a quote should additional work need be done once a part failed in the future...not just it'll fail one day so spend money now when it isn't necessary.
  
  I like companies who do the work needed now and don't try to make boatloads of money just cause they're there.

  Came out fast. Correctly assessed problem. Offer alternatives and solutions. Fixed problem same day. Only issue is price. I guess I'm it's understandable you pay for convenience, professionalism, and quality. But price is the only limiting factor for me not giving them a full 5 stars. Not saying they're unfair or unreasonable. But they ain't working cheaply. So if money isn't an issue for you, then this is a quality company to consider.

  Our furnace stopped working...on a weekend....and I have a toddler. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request for a quote, a representative from RHS called me. They had a technician at our house in an hour. Gary was patient, knowledgable, and kind enough to walk us through all the options and finances. He was honest and up front about what needed to be done and what wasn't a necessity but an option. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Robert (Bobby) was very professional, answered any questions I had, and easy to get along with. I definitely would recommend him.

  Daniel, the technician who came to my house, is so knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Their price is reasonable. Compare to other service company who came and told me the system is too old and need to be replaced, a company who works honestly and professionally like this company is hard to find.
