I am so grateful to Dave for saving me a fee for visit by asking pertinent questions to determine if it would be cost effective to repair my dishwasher. He spent 45 minutes researching the model of my Bosch appliance and found that not only was it not feasible financially to repair the washer, but more importantly, it had been recalled for spontaneous combustion! He advised me to either unplug it or shut off the circuit breaker, which of course I did. ( I have never before had a service person attempt to save me the cost of a visit by troubleshooting on the phone)
I will definitely call Dave D's Appliance Service in the future when I have a repair need, and recommend him highly!!!
