  If you are looking to buy a car/truck with the best experience look no further. Koons has the best selection of used vehicles which is what brought me here. I called to check the availability of vehicle I was interested in and that is when I met Morgan. We hit it off right away and I knew I was in the right hands. She went over and above to make sure I had the SUV of my dreams!!! I absolutely love working with her and it was the greatest buying experience ever!!! Thanks again for everything Morgan!!!!

  I was shopping for a truck up in Pennsylvania where I live and my family told me I had to make the trip to Koons in white marsh.... They referred me to Morgan and she made the experience painless and enjoyable. She gave me all of the options on paper in front of me, let me test drive 3 different trucks and helped me narrow it down to the one I drove home. Car dealerships have a tendency to be long drawn out numbers games and waiting games, this is not the case here. I can personally assure you if anyone I know is looking for any vehicle I will be directing them to Koons and Morgan.

  Very helpful and understanding. Willing to negotiate to meet us at the price we wanted. Micaiah was very friendly and talked openly and honestly with us about the car and the price. My husband and I were given time to speak privately about our decision multiple times and never felt pressured.

  Husband and I drove well over an hour to look at a 2018 Camaro. Morgan was amazing. We instantly hit it off. Made the experience even better and well worth the drive. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase!! Thanks Morgan!

  Purchased a vehicle from Joe Jenkins a few days ago. Joe was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process, step by step. Despite me contacting him throughout the day (texts, emails, calls), Joe remained patient and was always helpful. His attentiveness to my requests made is seem as though we had met several times when I first arrived at the office.
