Steve, Rick and the crew are my Heroes and are the Rock Stars of automotive services. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Their integrity, professionalism, friendliness and willingness to go well above the call of duty is something rarely seen in our society today. What they tell you is wrong with your vehicle(s) is the truth and nothing but the truth. When I am not able to take my vehicles to them arrangements have been made for them to pick up and deliver because I live close. I will be relocating about two hours away this year but I will bring my vehicles up to them. They truly are amazing!!!!!!
Rick and Steve are the best, as well as their mechanic Alex. They are open and honest. Their prices aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They will take care of you, but make an appointment!
Highly recommend! They are very honest and kind. They definitely had the opportunity to squeeze money of me and very respectfully admitted they could not fix what was wrong and directed me to the dealership. I will definitely be coming here in the future
My family has been going to Pleasant Hill for at least 10 years so they have probably worked on 10+ cars for us. Steve and Rick are so nice, knowledgeable and honest. I love working with them, I live in NE Baltimore City and still like to bring my car here. I would whole-heartedly recommend!
If you're looking for trustworthy mechanics, this is your place! They have always been great with communicating the issue and why it matters to get it fixed. Even issues that aren't dire, they will say this can wait for a little but keep an eye on it. I enjoy knowing my mechanics by name, very personable, best repair shop in Owings Mills in my opinion.
