Very Knowledgeable about Audis and VWs, hes justbas good but cheaper than the Audi Dealership, this is where I tell all my fellow audi owner to go
Wayne is by far the most knowledge guy I've ever met when it comes to VW and Audi's. He knows everything, and I mean everything. Not only does his intelligence speak volumes so does his demeanor, and the way he runs his shop. Wayne will absolutely not perform any work that does not need to be done. How do I know that? I just bought an audi a4 2013, and he ran a diagnostic test (which showed a bunch of issues). Instead of wayne deciding to go investigate and automatically fix these issues, he knew something was amiss. He thinks the issues were never cleared, and that these issues were already fixed. He asked me to come back in a couple weeks to make sure they don't pop up again. Wayne could of easily showed me the issues on the test ("fixed them"), and then charged me for them. He didn't because you can tell from the get go that is the way he is. Could not be happier, and will be sending all my vehicles to him in the future.
Wayne has taken care of my VW Passat since the engine blew up in 2008! He has been honest and always charges a fair price. We live in Canton and still take my car all the way out to see him! I highly recommend him. Thanks for all your help, Wayne. The Yachts.
Wayne is a pretty good guy. I brought in Audi a6 for AC problems took a look @ it then it started to blow cold air, took for a ride with him brought it back and didn't wanna charge me for his time says nothing was wrong with it anyways. definitely taking my car down there for next problem.
