  4.5 really. The MRI was 30 minutes late. The staff did let me know early on however. It was my first time in a tunnels and the staff was helpful and reassuring. Also I'd like to thank Pandora's Jimmy Buffett channel for the 13 songs provided during the procedure.

  Everyone was very professional and friendly. When my son was unable to get a same day appointment in Columbia office they offered an appointment in Reisterstown which we took. Results were back at orthopedics office promptly so we were able to get diagnosis very quickly. Overall good experience.

  My husband was a walk in and they set him up and took him back right away. Incredibly efficient, extremely friendly staff. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They do MRI, CT scans and regular xrays.

  The staff is so professional and go above and beyond. When I had to drink contrast, the receptionist actually cheered me on, gave me support!
  
  They give great needle sticks and Dr. Uppal... Well she is so dedicated. You can feel she is invested in her work and patients. Definitely can't say that about other radiology centers!

  I am extremely claustrophobic and was paralyzed over having to have an MRI. However, my MRI turned into a non-event. The tube was about half the length of the older models, and it was much "bigger" so it was not as claustrophobic. The technicians at Charter were very understanding, did everything they could to make me comfortable (ear plugs, ear phones, "mirror" headset so I could see out). And of course the drug I took that was prescribed by my doc was a huge help in calming me down also. :) I would actually do that again!
