  Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and it was a great experience. Richa was very friendly and did a great job. It was my first time so I was a little wary, but it was definitely worth it. It costs the same of getting waxed but no chemicals that can irritate the skin. Perfect for sensitive skin like mine. I have nothing but good things to say.

  I have had my eyebrows threaded in several places. Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they don't. However at Rich'as, she always does the perfect job on my brows. Even though I have to travel 25 minutes to get there it is worth it!

  I just went to Richa’s today, hesitant because I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded other places and it’s always really hurt and has been an unpleasant experience. Richa’s, however, is AMAZING! It didn’t hurt at all and she was very kind, quick and thorough with the whole process! Will definitely be going back in a few weeks! Anyone who is contemplating where to go, Richa’s is the one!

  First time yesterday... I chose this place based on reviews and location. Yesterday was my first time. I called first to ensure I'd make it in time and Richa was very friendly. That was the first good sign in my opinion. Once I got there, there wasn't a wait, so I was helped immediately. Richa was extremely welcoming and pleasant. Another plus for me. I simply stated what I wanted for my eyebrows and she delivered. So, 1) Atmosphere and Customer Service 100% 2)Overall outcome of service 100% 3)Price of service for actual work, excellent 100%. We're all working day to day to "survive", but we shouldn't have to neglect our personal treats due to extreme costs. I recommend this place 100%!!!!!!
