I was assigned Heavenly Cool for a warranty repair of my LG refrigerator purchased at Costco. I read these reviews and was so nervous about working with them, fearing I’d be fridge-less for a while. However, they were the opposite of these reviews. Instead, they were very professional and quick to respond. I spoke with Karen who was pleasant and helpful. The part was in stock and a repairman fixed it the very next day. I have a working fridge now. It was such an easy experience. Anyway... I wanted to at least provide a positive perspective on this company.
