  Wow.. my company has been thought a lot of automotive repair shop for the past 3 years and we haven’t found one that we like until Tim’s auto so give Ashley a call and she will take care of you

  The service here is excellent. They are truthful with their estimates and do their very best to service your vehicle correctly. Ashley ,who is one of the main auto representatives is so nice. She is very helpful and professional. If you come here, you will leave with a fixed car and a smile.

  I’ve been going to Tim’s on Old Hartford Rd for a few years now and I have to say it’s the best experience I’ve had when it’s comes to maintenance and repair. They have always been knowledgeable about my car and fair in their pricing. Can’t say that about other places I’ve been.
  The staff has always been pleasant and I’ve actually enjoyed sitting there during an oil change talking with the office staff and some of the tow truck drivers. The technician has always taken the time to explain to me what he’s going to do and tell me what’s necessary and what’s optional. Can’t recommend this place enough.
