From the second that Rick answered the phone at Rutland Beard to the day of the event, the customer service, attentiveness, and creativity that Rick dedicated to me is unheard of. He made the entire experience smooth and stress free and the flowers were breathtaking. My client could not stop raving about the gorgeous arrangements. The ladies who dropped them off at the Sagamore Pendry from Rutand Beard were beyond helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before they left. I cannot thank the entire team at Rutland Beard Florist of Ruxton enough. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND! I will not be using another florist for any of my events!

(December 7, 2015, 2:17 pm)My wife and I got married this past October and had a difficult time finding a florist who was willing to work with us given the size of our wedding. We didn't have a bridal party and only needed a bouquet, corsage, and 2 pieces for our ceremony. Alison made us feel welcome and that our floral needs were just as important as any other couple! Lauren's bouquet was GORGEOUS (white roses & calla lilies) and Val's corsage was also beautiful (2 calla lilies). The ceremony pieces were beautiful vases filled with baby's breath.
