    There is something extremely empowering about Crossfit Catonsville. The people here are not just a group of people that go to the same exercise group. They ask about you when you miss classes, they celebrate your achievements, and not a single one of them cares that you are the slowest runner that has ever lived, only that you tried. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for people with chronic injuries: they are amazing at working with you and your body to reduce future injuries and make you stronger.

    Fabulous gym and coaches! If you want a box where the coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and constantly pushing you to be your best, look no further!

    This is more than just a gym. This place is a family- whether you’re old friends or new members. The classes are always difficult, but fun and I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived.

    The coaches are all amazing and the workouts are made funnier by their comments and spontaneous solo dance parties.

    I can’t wait to keep coming back as the years go on. I’ve found my friends, and I’ve found my home.

    Great place to get in shape. I've been going for over a year and love the people and the brand new space they just moved into (literally 2 doors down so its in the shops on Mellor still). They've got fitness classes, crossfit, and knowledgeable professionals that keep you safe and always go above and beyond.
