  As a new mom, there are so many questions, so many times you wonder if you are doing thing correctly or if you are losing your mind and so many things to celebrate that it can all be so overwhelming (and, of course, wonderful). I attended Danielle's group from the time my son was 3 weeks old until I had to return to work when he was 3 months old. I can't begin to explain what an invaluable experience this is. Being a part of the group you feel like you are understood and you can relax more knowing that you have support as you venture out in your new role. From everything to becoming at peace with by birth experience, to understanding late night fussiness, to making the transition back to work, this group supported me more than I ever could have imagined. Danielle is genuinely invested in each new mom and I will never forget the relationships I formed during this beautiful time in my life.

  My husband and I were introduced to Danielle Koontz and Informed Birth Choices during our attendance at the Comfort Measures workshop. After having the opportunity to get to know Danielle in this venue, we quickly left the Bradley class in which we were enrolled and joined her Informed Childbirth class. The evidence-based, non-biased and practical approach offered in Informed Childbirth was extremely informative and Danielle was very willing to answer any questions in a credible and honest manner. Additionally, Danielle fostered a very welcoming and engaging atmosphere, encouraging involvement of all attendees in a relaxed and supportive way. The interactive Comfort Measures workshop was also excellent, introducing a great number of relaxation methods and increasing my and my husband's confidence in our ability to cope with the length and intensity of labor. In short, I would highly recommend the classes and resources offered by Informed Birth Choices.

  My husband & I participated in Danielle's weeknight childbirth class. We are preparing for the birth of our first child and Danielle's course has helped us feel confident and more informed about all aspects of the birthing experience. Danielle is extremely energetic and engaging. She is willing to answer any questions or concerns and leads you to other resources that she thinks can help you. We are so thrilled to have found such an amazing resource, and can't wait to utilize Danielle's knowledge after our baby is born, too.

  I took Danielle's Weekend Childbirth class, and both my husband and I loved it! The information was basically all repetitive of what I had been studying beforehand, but hearing it from her in class made me feel much more confident in my decision to go natural, as well as gave me more confidence in my husbands ability to be there for me and stand up for my wishes if needed. I would recommend taking her class, even if you feel you have done all the reading and research!

  Really great birth classes this past weekend taught by Danielle Koontz. My wife and I enjoyed the weekend session and really got a lot out of the class. Also very glad that we decided to do the weekend group class - interesting to hear others' questions that we never would have considered. If you're looking for potential options, we highly recommend.
