We have purchased several wheel chairs from them over the years and have always had wonderful service. Just a few days ago our son Adam had the pistons go out on his wheel chair. I called NuMotion and they sent a guy out to our house the next day. He arrived on time and determined that it needed to be repaired in their shop. Since this chair is the only way my son can get around they worked with us to find a time that we could be without it for 24 hours. We identified a date and they came back out to our house after school, picked up the chair and took it to their shop. By 1pm the next day they called and said they were on their way back to deliver the chair fully fixed. This is incredible service and we have always had great experiences with this company. Everybody we dealt with there bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and happy.
