  I cannot recommend Glorem highly enough. After what was a catastrophic flood in our basement, and a host of contractors offering to provide us with very little in return for a whole lot of money- Glorem was a blessing. Eugene understood the difficult and quite protracted problems we were dealing with. Before the rebuild could begin we had to finish tearing down what was left, and then go through the process of asbestos mitigation and the disruptive installation of a French drain system to prevent another flood from happening. Eugene understood the steps and the time it would take to complete them. He was completely fair in his pricing, and never blinked at the hurdles imposed by our overreaching mortgage company. His team was professional, personable, and thorough. They talked us through everything that was going to happen. They also clearly spelled out the time frame, the payment schedule, and then worked with us when unexpected course corrections happened. The end result was phenomenal- beyond what we could have envisioned on the day of the flood. Eugene and Glorem restored our faith in good people doing honest, quality work. Pride of workmanship is the hallmark of this team. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I needed work done on my home.

  We had Glorem remodel and finish our basement. From start to finish, these guys were professional, honest, and great at what they did. I highly recommend them for any projects. Our basement looks great.

  Eugene from Glorem LLC and project manager Tim were absolutely fantastic. They completed my finished basement which included a bedroom and a full bathroom. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of work and really happy with the total experience. Home renovations can be long and stressful but that was the total opposite experience with working with Eugene and Tim. They were professional and responsive. The project was completed weeks before the scheduled deadline. They keep you informed of the whole process and utilize an app where you can give feedback, request changes, and know exactly what is happening to your project. They also were able to make a couple changes at our request. We relied on their expertise throughout the project and we were not disappointed. We would definitely use them for further projects and have recommended them to family and friends. They will do whatever is necessary to ensure you are happy throughout the process and at the end of their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
