(March 1, 2019, 6:33 am)The staff at this Curves are awesome! Every time I work out I feel like I have my own personal trainer. They work with you while there and make sure you are continuing to challenge yourself. My waistline is shrinking and my muscles are building while only working out in 30 minute intervals. It’s the perfect place to go when I want to get a full workout but have limited time in my schedule to make it to the gym!
