Customer service is very important to me and the melvin park apartments team is absolutely AMAZING, they have Great customer service.
Welcoming, friendly and happy faces is what you see when you walk through the door. Teresa, Devin and Allie are awesome, they went above and beyond to make the leasing process go nice and smooth and also quick. They just gave me the feeling that they cared. As they listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions perfectly.
The location is also great, it's close to everything, a walking distance to Walmart, dunking donuts and more. I recommend anyone looking for a new home to come see the nice ladies at melvin park apartments. 🙂

I think the Melvin Park Maintenance team is the greatest! Christopher, Darrell, and Emmanuel are very polite and professional my wife and i would give them 10 stars if we could!

Super nice staff! They really keep up communication and help you with any questions or concerns. The effort being made to upgrade everything is really nice. I love the carpet, the wood flooring and the color of the walls. I didn't feel like I was just moving into a white box! The location is excellent. Local to everything looking forward to living here and the many walks I will take!

I moved here a couple months ago. Apartment shopping was very difficult for me, but Mrs. Teresa made everything so easy and fun at the same time. She is such a breathe of fresh air when it comes to living here . I love living here, from the apartment to my neighbors to the maintenance people. Chris & Emmanuel very respectable young men who get the job done when ever I called which was very rare. Mrs. Devin & Mrs.Alley was also a big help in the moving process with encouraging words and a fast turn over time. This place is a winner. It’s close to everything, very convenient to downtown & Columbia !
